Styling Mode: Get instant outfit recommendations based on occasions or refine searches using items from your closet.
Shop Mode: Search for real products from our partner brands that you can purchase directly through RUHAH.
Support Mode: Get help with any questions or issues you might have with the platform.

Typically no - Styling Mode uses virtual items representing clothes you already own. However, if an item is connected to a real product for sale, you'll see a "BUY NOW" button that directs you to the brand's website.

To know for sure, you can filter the results so that you only see products that ship to your country. You can do that by selecting your country at the bottom of the menu (eg. Argentina) and then at the shop page click the filter button and then select SHIPS TO ARGENTINA.

Additionally in the product page you can see whether the product ships to the country you have selected as well as the shipping cost.

The Feed is the section where you discover content from other RUHAH users.

It's divided into three tabs: Posts, Outfits, and Liked, each showing different types of content from the community.

Posts Tab: Shows posts created by our partner stylists. You can like, comment and shop products similar to the clothing items in the pictures.
Outfits Tab: Displays outfits curated by users. You can save an outfit to your lookbook and also save in your closet or instantly buy an item in an outfit.
Liked Tab: Shows products that other users have liked, helping you discover popular items available for purchase.

If someone buys a product similar to an item in your post, you earn 5% of the sale.
If someone purchases a product through your liked items, you earn 5%.
Outfit creators earn 5% when users buy products similar to items in their outfits.

Only posts from partner stylists appear in the public Feed for all users. Posts from regular users are only visible on their own profiles unless you specifically visit their page.

Click the + (plus) sign under any outfit in the Outfits tab to save it to your Lookbook archive or custom chapters for future reference.

No. Many of the items used in outfits belong to users' closets, therefore are not available for purchase.
If an item is though, it will have square brackets around the plus symbol [+] with a BUY NOW button that leads to an external website.

Yes. At profile > account > settings > profile visibility.

Yes, unless you select the 'hide from my profile grid' option before you create it. You can also delete it at any time from your grid.

Your Closet is a virtual collection that mirrors the clothes you own in real life. It helps you create outfits using your actual wardrobe and allows others to style you using only items from your closet when you create an "ask."

You can add items two ways:
Search Catalogue: Browse RUHAH's catalogue of 1000+ basic items that match what you own.
Upload From Library: Take pictures of your actual clothes - our software automatically detects characteristics and prettifies the images.

Closet: Items you actually own in real life
Wishlist: Items you're interested in or want to purchase someday

When creating (write and submit) a commission asking for an outfit, you can choose "My Closet" as the clothing source, which means curators can only use items from your virtual closet to create outfits for you, ensuring you actually own all the pieces.
