Yes. At profile > account > settings > profile visibility.

What payment methods are accepted?

All payments are securely processed via Stripe, which accepts

• More major credit/debit cards

How are the orders fullfilled work?

We partner with multiple brands and each brand handles their own fullfillment.

Delivery costs vary per brand and are estimated before checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Stripe uses bank-level encryption, and ruhah never stores your card details.

What are the images shown at vote?

• Outfits created by different users/stylists.
• Editorial looks curated by our team.

What happens when i click on one?

You vote for it as being better than the other.

Why should I vote?

• You get +1 credit for every vote, which you can use on private asks and discounts.
• You get ideas of what is popular in real-time.
• You see how your taste compares with other people's.

Are the outfits in the trending page ranked?

Yes.

How are they ranked?

Mostly by daily or weekly popularity.

Can I filter the types shown?

Yes. At profile > accounts > settings you can filter by style, location and timeframe.

What is an ask?

A brief note requesting an outfit.

Who curates the outfits for the asks?

Other ruhah users and partner stylists.

Are all asks public for everyone to see?

• By default yes.
• Visibility can be limited only to users you follow.

When is the outfit ready?

Usually 1-5 hours for regular asks.

What is the studio?

The place where you can create outfits for other users.

Who can create outfits?

All registered users.

What is a yellow ask?

An ask submitted by a user that follows you on ruhah.

What is a red ask?

A private ask. The user requested specifically and only for you to curate an outfit for them.

Who are our partner stylists?

Professional or amateur stylists we collaborate with.

As a stylist, how do i earn money?

Every time a user purchases a product from an outfit you created for them.

How much do i earn?

10% of the final price.

Open Role – Full Stack Engineer
(remote, but London or Athens based a plus)

Will work directly with the founders to build and scale a category-defining Al fashion-shopping platform.

Must be self-driven, high-agency, with the ability to master new skills quickly and deeply. Must be profoundly curious.

Will develop elegant, performant code that pushes creative boundaries – as such, quality standards must be unusually high. Craft is critical. Obsession is welcomed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build our AI clothing recommendation assistant
  trained on the products of our constantly evolving catalogue.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate
  testing, building, and deployment processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable RESTful APIs
  using Python and the Django framework.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines in real-world applications.
• Proven experience building and deploying API-driven applications.
• Familiarity with Docker and Django.
• Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, and prompt engineering.

After each order the brand will email to you information regarding the tracking and expected shipping time.
